A device lab control dashboard is your workstation view of all connected nodes — via ADB, scrcpy, or your MDM tool.

Group devices by OS version, test campaign, or rack row for staged rollouts.

Monitor charging heat and disconnect counts per slot ID using the rack wiring map.

PhoneFarm ICU supplies hardware and slot labels; dashboard software is buyer-provided.

Recommended: one pilot node per group before fleet-wide APK push.
